Western Water Park Reviews
Excellent Western Water Park tickets with instant e-ticket, skip-the-line access and a full day of water fun for all ages.
Great experience booking with NoFrills Excursions. The Western Water Park tickets were easy to use, we skipped the line and everything worked perfectly. The park has lots of slides, good facilities and something for both kids and adults. Highly recommended.
We booked our Western Water Park tickets online in advance and it was one of the best decisions of our holiday in Mallorca. The process was very easy, the e-ticket arrived instantly and we were able to skip the queue at the entrance, which saved us a lot of time. The park itself is fantastic, with a fun western theme, plenty of water slides and attractions for all ages. We spent the whole day there enjoying different areas, from the more thrilling slides like The Beast to relaxing zones such as the wave pool and jacuzzi area. There were also plenty of places to eat and rest between rides. Overall, a great family-friendly water park and excellent value for money when booking tickets online.
The park was ok however I was so confused with your separate rings for fast pass people. You had empty fast pass queues and full standard queues of people and loads of unused fast pass floats just not getting used… surely you should have standard floats and use them as both fast pass and standard queues to keep the queues moving, then simply prioritise fast track queue onto any float that becomes available rather than having loads of fast pass branded floats not being used while standard queues are waiting - this would move your standard queues while still Prioritising your fast pass queues and raise customer satisfaction. Your staff can be extremely rude. I’m a 45 year old mum who was spoken to like a piece of dirt by one of your very young life guards all because I decided to take a quick picture of mine and my resident Spanish friend’s children in front of the empty pool and waterfall as I thought that would be a nice keepsake with no random people in it - we get to see each other once a year, all I wanted was a nice keepsake photo. I was yelled at that I’ve had all day to take pictures and I should get out now! It’s is extremely unnecessary to speak to customers in this way (not to mention a late teen speaking to a 45 year old in this Mamet let alone a customer that simply didn’t deserve it), especially as we had not overstayed at this point as you were still officially open - I understand the Spanish way of interacting with other nationalities isn’t as nice and gentle as the English focussed, encourage return custom via excellent customer service and interactions but when a worker speaks to a customer it should always be with the same respect they expect to receive back regardless of age, gender, colour, nationality. Perhaps some customer service training to boost your return custom figures would help? Largely the point is, talk to your customers like crap and you'll damage your business - people love to share bad experiences and with how prevalent social media is in this time, it may be worth you trying to address your approach to customer interactions. Should your staff member not have spoken to me like dirt in front of my friend, my kids, her kids and the other young lifeguard he was clearly chatting up, along with a couple of Scattered customers who also had y made their way to the exit, I’d have allocated 4 stars. I appreciate it’s a long day and they just want to get off but he was still on the clock and working… therefore ig he feels he does need to target an innocent customer, he sound at least do it in a professional and respectful approach. Other small niggles, when asked not to put oregano on the pizza (because the kids won’t eat it if you do) please refrain from putting oregano on the pizza! Also I ordered 4 meal deals and only received 1 drink… they’re very expensive and I can appreciate you’re maximising profits from a niche market, but please give out what you’re supposed to give. Thanks for taking the take to read and considering the points brought to your attention. I hope to have a move and more pleasant experience next year.
The kids enjoyed a whole day of sliding. There are many different ones. The best thing that happened was that a storm had us huddled under a roof for about 2 hours, and as a result a lot of families left. Then the wait times were non existent, so the kids didn’t have time to get bored. The only thing that I have to criticize is that the ‘speed’ ticket allows people to skip the lines. That is bs. The tickets are very expensive as it is, I refused to pay more for the ‘privilege’. It’s a tourist trap sort of thing, I guess helpful for those who can’t stay the whole day. For a family of 6 expect to pay around 200 for tickets, snacks or coffee. It is worth it when the parents spend the whole day here. We came every year, the kids have good memories.
Excellent park very clean and spaced out. Food is good too
Excellent park two 16 year old and a teenager and water rides for all age groups also not long queuing
Great Park. Nice rides and lots of fun. Plenty to do for the whole day and the queues were not bad. Staff were lovely. We hired a car and took food and drinks with us.
Lots of exciting slides and pools. If you want to actually try stuff and not just wait in line you need to spend the EUR 15 per person for a fast pass.
We booked the tickets online. It saved us money. We have a 5 year old, and he wasn't able to go on the larger rides, but there are many other slides for that age group. If you're on a budget, I suggest taking some lunch with you. The food is really expensive. Drinks too. We had a great time though. Loved the slides, wave pool and lots more. We'll definitely be returning.
