Smooth and relaxing day at Palma Aquarium. Plenty of free time to explore at your own pace, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor areas and the option to walk to the nearby beach. A great mix of nature, leisure, and flexibility.

We went as a family and had an amazing time at Palma Aquarium. The kids absolutely loved the touch pool and the play areas, especially the pirate ship.

We had a fantastic day at Palma Aquarium. The whole excursion was very well organised, with comfortable transport and a helpful English-speaking guide on the coach. The skip-the-line entrance was a big plus and saved us a lot of time. The aquarium itself is impressive, especially the Big Blue tank with sharks swimming above you—it was definitely a highlight! There’s a great mix of exhibits, from tropical fish to Mediterranean marine life, and plenty of interactive areas for children. Overall, a very enjoyable and stress-free day out, perfect for families or couples visiting Mallorca.

PLEASE NOTE THE COMPANY HAS PUT ITS ANSWER AFTER THE CLIENTS REVIEW Coach from the 1980s Overbooked and cramped with children forced to sit on laps Pick up points on minor roads leading to long waits in traffic when other were made to go to main roads. Aquarium not a patch on similar ones around , for example pales in comparison to the one in Las Palmas. No system in aquarium to allow for a good experience for little ones, too busy, too loud, full of selfish adults. If you really wanted to go could book online direct with aquarium and then use public transportation from Alcudia. Wouldn’t recommend. ----RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY---- Let’s address your comments clearly, because many of your statements are simply not accurate. Pick-up points are fixed, official locations, not “minor roads.” In your area there are currently roadworks, which can occasionally affect traffic flow. On your day, the delay (around 15 minutes) was specifically caused by a car blocking the road, requiring police intervention—this is an exceptional situation, not the norm. Regarding the coach: it is from 2003, not the 1980s. This is a factual error. The bus was full, yes—but full does not mean “cramped.” Every client had a proper seat. As standard and clearly indicated, babies travel on parents’ laps, which is common practice on shared transfers. Your recommendation to use public transport is where your review becomes inconsistent. Public buses in Mallorca are often more crowded (especially as locals travel free), meaning you may not even get a seat and could stand for a long journey. In addition, you would need multiple connections, no direct service, no assistance, and no skip-the-line entrance at the aquarium. The total cost would likely be similar—or higher—and the journey significantly longer and less convenient. As for the aquarium itself, visitor volume depends on the day and season, and this is beyond our control. We understand the experience did not meet your expectations, but the way it is described here is clearly exaggerated and not an accurate reflection of the service provided.

Booked late the evening before the trip. Received email and WhatsApp messages from NoFrills really quickly to confirm arrangements. Really well organised in terms of sharing information and being a friendly service. Excellent value for money for Palma Aquarium - got to beat the queues and went straight into the attraction. Spent nearly 5 hours there - lots to do and plenty of time. Katarina was an excellent host, and provided us with great advice and tips (as well as a talk about Mallorca?). Transfer back to hotel was excellent. Thoroughly recommend - have taken NoFrills excursion each time we visit Mallorca.

We booked the Palma Aquarium excursion with transport included and it was a fantastic day for the whole family. The organisation was excellent from start to finish, with clear pick-up information and plenty of free time at the aquarium. The shark tunnel and interactive areas were amazing, and having the beach just across the road made the day even better. A relaxed and well-planned excursion that we would definitely recommend.

We went to see the dolphins this morning with my 12 year old twins and they were really excited when they saw their very first dolphin. The crew was really nice and helpful and we thank them for this wonderful souvenir they’ve given us !

We really enjoyed the aquarium in Palma. (Family of 3 youngest 14) We picked this excursion to have some time out of the sun and we love zoos and aquariums. We took our time around the aquarium we went round twice and had lunch at the jellyfish restaurant we can recommend the burger! If you want to go the beach there is time but we didn’t. I highly recommend no frills great communication and well organised. We got picked up first and did have quite a few pick ups but afterwards we were dropped off first which was fair. Thank you for a great experience.
