Booking experience was very poor as sailing time are not accurate on the website. Only advised after booking that there was no 11.00 sailing. Further enquiry also gave inaccurate information on return sailing times. Even with online booking had to queue up to get paper ticket. Sailing itself was fine. Nice beach at Formentor but very busy.
Ferry over to formentor efficient and reliable. Formentor beautiful but gets busy even in October.

Perfect online service, no problem. It is necessary to check-in e-tickets directly at the place in port office. According to your booking number they give you return tickets (keep them for travel back).You can freely choose from times of ferry departure. Formentor beach is beautiful but a bit crowded.

We had a really wonderful time catching the ferry to Formentor from Pollensa and back. Spent 4 hours on the beach and snorkelled in the sea which was beautifully clear. When I contacted No Frills via WhatsApp to check something re booking, they got back to me really quickly. Very good value for money, too. Recommend!
Ferry times wrong on website.
You need to update your website. It states that there is a ferry to Formentor at 15.00. When we got there to catch it, it turns out it doesn’t run so we had to wait over an hour for the 16.00 ferry.
