Our excursion begins at the riding stables in Can Picafort, and we will start with a short introduction to horse riding. The horses are used to taking riders with them even without riding experience, but for this tour it would be better if you had some experience, as the ride lasts 3 hours.
First we will ride from Can Picafort to the beach at Son Baulo, and there we will join the beach. We will ride through some dunes and along the beach to the pretty area of Son Real, a prehistoric settlement and historical observation towers, while we also enjoy beautiful views of Alcudia Bay along the way. When we reach Son Serra de Marina we will make a brief stop.
On the way back to Can Picafort we will take a different route through a pine forest, so you have the experience of riding through different landscapes during the horse riding excursion, this being one of the most complete horse riding experiences in Mallorca.

The weather is great and the landscape is marvelous. Definitely worth a trying.
No Frills were very helpful in booking a busy slot, when we could only make that 1 session. With the Rancho the communication could be better. We didn’t get to go in the sea with the horses which a huge disappointment given the pictures advertising the 3 hr excursion. We had to stay in line and both the instructors were at the front so there was very little chance to ask or request when the session in the water would be. That aside it was enjoyable and exceptionally beautiful ride in the forest and along by the sea. The horses were well behaved. Overall it was good.
Auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis. Aber auf gar keinen Fall für Anfänger geeignet. Man sollte schon etwas sattelfest sein. Ein unerfahrener ist vom Pferd gefallen, weil er keine Ahnung hatte, wie er sich richtig verhalten soll, als sich das Pferd erschreckt hat. Ansonsten für geübte eine schöne Runde bis zum Meer. Hatte zum Glück etwas zu trinken im Rucksack.

Toller 3 Stunden Ausritt durch super schöne Landschaft, dann am Strand entlang. Liebe gut gepflegte Pferde, lauffreudig. Unser Reitführer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Würde ich definitiv weiterempfehlen aber meiner Meinung nach nicht für Anfänger geeignet.
Good value. Horses seened well cared for. Lovely three hour ride of which almost half the time you're on the beach. As experienced riders we were given livelier horses and had the opportunity to canter/gallop on four occasions. Note though you will probably have inexperienced riders in your group too - some wearing shorts! The two young women who accompanied us were pleasant enough but spoke very little English. They could have given the beginners a bit more instruction and support.
