Palma City and Palma Aquarium Tour Customer Reviews
Firstly the journey was absolutely hilarious, Juan and Fernando were just brilliant, funny, professional and informative. Our time in Palma was just perfect as was the aquarium. We enjoyed every part of the excursion. Its not our first with thos company, we have booked quite a few and will continue. Excellent all round team
It was an easy process to enable us to see key parts of Palma and simpler than getting a public bus from Alcudia. It would have been good to start the day earlier (we got to Palma at 11.30 ish) and it was quite busy - maybe arrival for 10 would have been better so people would still have time for breakfast at their hotels. The only downside was coming back, we had to go to all the hotels for drop off and ours was last so it took about 2 hours. Otherwise, Juan was amazing as a guide!
We had a wonderful trip with Juan and Rafa. Juan is warm, friendly, funny and really informative. He ensured we all knew where we needed to be and at what times….. everything ran to perfection. Timings were perfect. It was the first time we had been to the aquarium and it was brilliant would definitely recommend the additional €7 each payable inside for the virtual experience of swimming with sharks. Rafa delivered us safely back to our hotel. All in all a fabulous day as always x
Alles super
We had an awesome trip with NoFrills, and our guide Jeanine was great at telling us all about Mallorca and Palma along the way. We felt totally safe on the bus, even though the traffic was a bit wild. On the ride back from Palma to Alcudia, we got a pleasant surprise when the bus stopped at other hotels to drop off people – we ended up heading further north on the island and got some bonus sightseeing. Loved it!
Time is not enough to explore the city but it is enough for the aquarium I advise you to take the excursion to Palma and the aquarium separately Juan is very friendly
Brilliant trip, however, more time at the aquarium would be needed. Also, would be helpful if we were informed/given leaflet with the areas and what to see in the aquarium (found one but was towards the end of our visit so not much use to know what we missed). Our driver and guide were both extremely nice and helpful
This was a very enjoyable day out - we were very well looked after from start to finish by our guide Jeannine and driver Fernando. The pick up times at the various locations were very clear and we managed to stick to the schedule throughout the day (in spite of the Palma Friday traffic). There was a good balance between free time in the city (around two and a half hours) followed by a similar time period at the aquarium in the afternoon. Our tour guide was able to provide plenty of interesting background information on our journey, including helpful tips on how to make the most of our trip. Overall a great way to spend the final day of our holiday.
This is a "No frills" excursion. However, the guide on the bus was friendly and provided useful information during the coach transfers. However, the day felt rushed with not enough time in Palma or the Aquarium. The trip spent too long picking people up from hotels. This trip could be improved if it only picked up from one or two points in Alcudia (i.e. people made there own way there) and there was more time in Palma and the Aquarium. An enjoyable day out, but too little time.
The trip was great. We were picked up near our hotel and drove to Palma. We got 2,5 hours in palma, which was a bit short tbh. Then we went to palma aquarium. We loved the aquarium. Lots to see, especially for my 5 year old. Would totally recommend this trip.
